The Goal for Myra
The goal of this project is to rebuild the Myra website into a contemporary, cohesive digital platform that is visually aligned with and reflective of the brand’s updated identity. As Myra evolves into a direct supply and customer-facing business, its digital presence must evolve alongside it—extending the clean, sophisticated visual language already established across its new packaging and corporate materials.
This redesign is not purely aesthetic. It is strategically focused on performance, usability, and long-term value. The website will be developed as a stable, intuitive platform that empowers the Myra team through a simplified backend and user-friendly structure, allowing routine updates, product management, and content changes to be handled internally with confidence and efficiency.
A key objective of this refresh is to place measurable business outcomes at the centre of Myra’s digital strategy.
Through the implementation of API-based Meta Pixel tracking, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 integration, the website will enable accurate tracking, attribution, and performance measurement across all marketing channels. This ensures that campaigns are not only visible, but quantifiable—allowing Myra to clearly understand what is driving engagement, leads, and conversions.
By aligning design, functionality, and data-driven insights, the refreshed website becomes a tool for informed decision-making, optimisation, and growth—keeping Myra’s success firmly centre stage.
Ultimately, this project strengthens Myra’s digital footprint by enhancing clarity, professionalism, and brand consistency across every touchpoint, while supporting long-term scalability, operational ease, and measurable marketing performance.

The Goal for KOA
The goal of this project is to establish KOA as a credible, approachable, and differentiated supplements, health, and wellness brand through the creation of a clear and consistent brand foundation. This includes the design of a distinctive logo, a cohesive corporate identity, and a visual system that can scale confidently across packaging, digital platforms, and future brand touchpoints.
In a market that is often crowded and overwhelming, KOA’s success depends on clarity and trust. By combining familiar, accessible language with a refined and considered colour palette, the brand will feel both recognisable and reassuring—while still standing apart as modern, intentional, and premium. This balance allows KOA to speak clearly to its audience without alienation, building confidence from the very first interaction.
This project places KOA in a unique strategic position by aligning brand strategy, visual identity, and communication from the outset. Rather than retrofitting consistency later, KOA’s brand will be designed holistically—ensuring that every element, from logo usage to tone of voice, reinforces a unified and trustworthy presence.
The outcome is a brand system that empowers KOA to launch with confidence, supports long-term growth, and enables consistent messaging across all channels. By prioritising clarity, familiarity, and cohesion, this project sets the foundation for strong market positioning, audience trust, and sustainable brand success.

Our vision is to create a modern, future-ready digital home for KOA & Myra that unifies their brands, services and updated visual identity. Through refined design, clear messaging and intuitive functionality, we aim to build an online experience that reflects the true values of KOA & Myra.
This process will ensure that every interaction, from exploring services to ordering new products, aligns with who KOA & Myra is today and supports their growth going forward.

Our approach focuses on pairing a strong technical foundation with a clear and intuitive user experience to create a modern, scalable digital eCommerce platform for KOA & Myra. We will build/rebuild the sites on a stable, easy-to-manage framework that supports their updated brand identity and allows their team to handle routine content updates with ease.
Every element will be designed for clarity, performance and long-term stability, supported by analytics that provide meaningful insight into engagement, content impact and overall site effectiveness.

The Showcase
Atterbury Trust
The challenge was to create a simplified navigation for a very complex and content heavy website. This was achieved by deep-diving into the SEO and actual user data to ensure each page is curated to ensure conversions and engagement.
Doc Scientia
Combining eCommerce, physical product sales, wholesale and an online learning platform that directly integrates with the clients bookkeeping, multiple courier / pickup options and online payment services to ensure a seamless user journey.
Seatme
The goal was to create a platform where artists and organisations can make use of an online ticketing platform that allows them to tailor each event to their specific needs. A highly adaptable and scalable infrastructure makes it possible to scale the website and ensures that maintenance can be done effortlessly.
Bulletin
Redesigning this platform meant that we had to curate and custom code an entire new platform, ensuring that all features meets the exact needs of the client, their editors, journalists and paid subscribers. This included tiered access and custom backend management systems so that editors and admins can manage subscribers and content. on the go.
D’vine Skin & Body
The challenge was to create a luxurious brand and online presence that reflects the feeling of the physical store. The eCommerce platform was integrated to digitise all vouchers and gift cards, allowing users to use in store and online.
Solar Online
The new website not only had to look good, but directly integrate via API’s with the warehouse stock management systems provided by the client. We created a hub for all contact forms, lead submissions, online sales, finance calculators and ad campaigns to funnel prospects directly into the selected CRM System.
VDT Attorneys
The mission was simple; Create a digital footprint that embodies the legacy and values of VDT Attorneys. Furthermore, we had to ensure that the services offered are easily understoor and accesible to their broad client base.
The Teleco Group
Future-forward with and an online presence inline with the groups corporate identity and personality. The website now serves mainly as a hub portal for the Teleco Team where client communications, follow-up and lead management is all done seamlessly on one single platform.
Breakdown
Strategy & Design
Along with project kick-off, an in-person/online meeting will be set up to discuss all relevant internal processes, debrief on the design direction and also discussion concerning the user journey (UI/UX). This is done to ensure clear communication and direction with the project, but also to best understand the required maintenance capabilities, integrations and systems that may be relevant to increase website productivity.
A private link showcasing the new website is created including the updated look & feel, colours and fonts and presented to the client.
An integrated system is added to ease the collection and management of live feedbacks directly from the client to the OPTOG! Media team. This ensures that all revisions are centralised and updated/changes can be tracked live by the OPTOG! Media team and the client.
Integrations & Implimentation
As part of the rollout, we will integrate Brevo and Google Site Kit into the website to support effective communication and performance tracking. Brevo will handle email marketing, automated responses, and contact list management, allowing the client to engage with users efficiently, using email, SMS, Whatsapp and push notifications along with communication tracking.
Google Site Kit will connect services like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Ads and Google PageSpeed Insights directly to the website dashboard, giving clear visibility into site performance and user behavior. These tools will be set up during development to ensure everything is ready for use at launch.
The entire platform to be backed up and launched once ready. A staging website setup is included with auto-updates for further development and feature testing, while not affecting the live website.
Daily automated backups are setup with a log retention of 14 days.
